The Order Process:
When your order comes in our design team will create a digital mockup of your product and send it over via email to you. Please check your spam / junk mail as it may end up there.
Check over the design and let our team know if you are happy or would like some changes to be made.
Once you are happy with your design we will send it off to production. Please allow 4-6 weeks from this point for your dispatch notification to come through
Your gloves arrive with us, are checked over for quality then dispatched to you. An email will be automatically sent with your tracking details.

Lead Times
This is a customised item and is manufactured to order. The lead time is 4-6 weeks from sign off of design, plus shipping time. So your item might be made at 5 weeks, but another week is needed for shipping the item to you. These timings are approximate.

The product is faulty or defective
There are any issues with stitching/grips
